Planning permission (Ref: DC/14/2253/FUL) was granted on 30th November 2018 for: "(i) Three storey apartment blocks consisting of 9 no units (2 no 1 bed and 7 no 2 bed) (following demolition of existing building) and (ii) alterations to existing accesses".

From London/Cambridge (by car) exit the M11 at Junction 9 and take the A11 towards Newmarket. Continue on the A14 towards Bury St. Edmunds. Exit the A14 at Junction 44, signposted 'Bury St. Edmunds West'. Take the A134 and follow signposts to the town centre, at the forth roundabout head north onto A1302 until reaching Parkway and circle back for exit to Waitrose.
