What is your ‘Let Only’ Service?
Our Let Only option allows you to control all aspects of managing, maintaining, and collecting rent on your property. We will handle the marketing, conduct viewings, and source you a quality tenant. Once all the necessary checks and contracts are signed, we then handover the management of the tenancy to you.

Where will my tenant’s deposit be held?
From 6 April 2007 all tenant deposits must be held in a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Protection scheme (TDP), if you rent your property on an assured short hold tenancy.
