Let your property,

Plant a tree

We feel we have a responsibility to give back to our planet. So, when you buy or let your property through us, we donate part of our commission to fund tree planting projects.

What is your ‘Let Only’ Service?

Our Let Only option allows you to control all aspects of managing, maintaining, and collecting rent on your property. We will handle the marketing, conduct viewings, and source you a quality tenant. Once all the necessary checks and contracts are signed, we then handover the management of the tenancy to you.

Alternatively, why not consider our fully managed service for complete peace of mind.

Why should I choose your Elite Management Service?

Our comprehensive managed service provides you with a complete hassle-free, peace-of-mind solution, as your investment becomes our responsibility. It is the most popular choice for both our new and established landlords.  Find out why.

Where will my tenant’s deposit be held?

From 6 April 2007 all tenant deposits must be held in a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Protection scheme (TDP), if you rent your property on an assured short hold tenancy.

How often do you carry out property inspections?

We conduct periodic inspections on all our Elite Managed properties. In the case of new tenants, we may visit the property three months into the tenancy. This allows us to do an inventory check and see how the tenants are treating the property. It also allows tenants the opportunity to raise any concerns. For long-term tenants we will inspect the property every six months.
