How do I view a property I have seen on your website?

Simply telephone the office and we will qualify your requirements and arrange for you to view the property.

How do I know if I can afford the monthly rental price?

Once you arrive in the UK, if you choose to live in privately-owned housing, you will need to visit the Military Housing Office (MHO) on base, to find out what your Overseas Housing Allowance (OHA) is. I want to go ahead with a rental property I have viewed. What happens next?

Once the landlord has agreed to let the property to you, we will contact the MHO to inform them of your intention, and confirm you are eligible to proceed. We will then arrange for them to carry out Life Safety Checks and an inspection of the property.

Has the property already been inspected by the base?

We organise an inspection on your behalf, with the MHO. We also undertake our own pre-inspections, to help ensure the property passes first time.

What are your charges?

Unlike other agents, we don’t charge an administration fee when you apply to take one of our listings.

How do we set up our utilities?

When you visit our office, to collect the keys for your new rental property, we will provide you with an Inventory Report. This contains details of the utility companies for you to contact, along with the latest meter readings.
