Planning permission (Ref: DC/14/2253/FUL) was granted on 30th November 2018 for: “(i) Three storey apartment blocks consisting of 9 no units (2 no 1 bed and 7 no 2 bed) (following demolition of existing building) and (ii) alterations to existing accesses”.

Consent is given for the redevelopment of the site to provide two blocks of apartments; one at the front of King’s Road and one to the rear, with parking facilities in the yard between them, providing 7 allocated parking spaces, two parking spaces for powered two wheelers (PTW) and 9 secure cycle storage pods, each sufficient for two bikes.
