Rose is known for her dynamism, creative thinking and tenacity for driving deals across the line
through to successful completion. Currently spearheading our residential sales and new homes
developments in the Newmarket office, including equestrian transactions, Rose is multi-disciplined
with a background in residential lettings and quantity surveying having graduated with a degree in
quantity surveying and commercial management from Oxford Brookes and a dissertation focused
on ‘Exploration into women in construction’.
Prior to joining Whatley Lane, Rose worked as a prime property manager in Savills Richmond office
managing a portfolio of high-end residential properties across Westminster. Rose also has a history
in handling largescale residential developments having worked for Wilmott Dixon in the City with
exposure to projects across the commercial, leisure and residential sectors, including new builds and
fit-outs with budget values ranging from £12 to £50m.
As a keen rider from a young age, predominantly eventing and hunting, Rose has a wealth of knowledge about Newmarket and the surrounding villages and enjoys researching the local equestrian scene from our flagship office in Newmarket. You can often spot her taking in the countryside air with her horse ‘Herbie’ – an Irish sports horse.
Outside of the office, Rose enjoys keeping fit, practising and teaching yoga, Tetrathlon competitions, walking the breath-taking Norfolk coastline with her handsome wirehaired pointer: ‘Rodney’. Rose has not looked back since permanently relocating from London and enjoys all things Suffolk, including her home nestled in the picturesque village of Horringer that is said to resemble the cottage from the movie – The Holiday – but she is still waiting for Jude Law to walk through the door!
Chloe has been at Whatley Lane 7 years and is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in the property world. She is the foundations for our Newmarket Estate Agents. With a strong portfolio of properties and longstanding relationships with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors. Having lived in Suffolk her whole life, there isn’t much that Chloe doesn’t know!
In her free time Chloe plays Netball competitively , dog walking her beautiful Spaniel ‘Pepe’. He is so handsome is even has his own Instagram Page and is often referred to as Chloe’s shadow!
You will also find her training for an impressive string of marathons whilst raising incredible amounts for Charity. I hear London Marathon 2022 is on the cards next…
Olivia is the newest member to the Newmarket office, joining us straight from College in the Summer of 2021 and is involved with Lettings side of the business including dealing with Property Maintenance. Having built a particularly good relationship with USAF tenants, Olivia has very quickly become part of the fast paced and ever changing world of Lettings.
Olivia also has a very adept knowledge of local area as she was born and bred in Bury St Edmunds, with a strong farming background. This love of the countryside has fuelled her passion for country homes, open fires and of course an Aga!
Outside of work Olivia enjoys going on long dog walks and exploring the Suffolk Countryside, whilst stopping for a drink at one of many country pubs locally.
